JETCO closed on this 3.2 acres of land in January 2023, with construction of a 34,550sf Light Industrial Office and Warehouse building.
The building is being constructed similar to 90 Higney, featuring an attractive front façade, with the front half of the building being Insulated Concrete Form perimeter walls with structural steel interior columns, giving 22’ clear height, lending itself to the most sound office construction, while the back half of the building is constructed with Pre-Cast Concrete walls, giving a durable concrete finish on the inside face of the perimeter walls which is ideal for shop or warehouse space.
It features oversized grade loading bays, with plenty of room for truck turning at the rear of the building. 435 Higney Avenue is located in the expansion of Burnside Business Park, off of Cutler Avenue, with ease of access to Highway 118, the connector highway to major arteries of Halifax and the Trans-Canada Highway.
